The group is limited to 16 members.

We see ourselves as a philosophy group, and our discussions are all about understanding and appreciating all points of view. There are no right answers, but many good questions.
Members of the group have a diversity of backgrounds and experience. And we aim for an equal mix of male/female participants.
Subjects are raised by the members. All are usually advised of the subject in advance of the meeting, sometimes with a write-up of thoughts on the topic. Sometimes the subject is announced on the day, making for on the spot considerations.

We start with a question, sometimes a statement, then break in to small groups to identify the most relevant aspects for discussion. Each group's contribution is then discussed, with the most popular given most time.
