MEETING Notices are sent out with details approximately two weeks beforehand. We aim to start walking at 10 am. Members are encouraged to lead walks which are usually within a 30-minute drive of Taunton.

The walks; are usually about 4 miles in length and take about 2 hours, with an optional pub lunch at the end (sometimes we’ll have a picnic). They will include canal-side towpaths, river banks, field tracks, roads and through town centres.

Walkers should be paid up members of the u3a but guests are welcome for a free taster walk.

Dogs are welcome (with one or two exceptions)
